This is a list of public B2B Enterprise Internet and SaaS companies acquired since 2004.  This list of Software M&A transactions includes the acquiree, acquirer, the price per share and the total size of the deal.

The list is actually a Google Spreadsheet. The details Google spreadsheet includes deal multiples including price to sales and enterprise value to EBITDA for some, but not all deals since 2007.
